The batteries the AmplifyEar Hearing Device uses can be purchased in just about any pharmacy, drug store or super market. The batteries usually cost only about one to two dollars, and are usually less then that if purchased in a four or eight pack.

The waiver is necessary for you to complete as we are regulated by the government and to protect you the consumer we must keep a record of each waiver form for at least 3 years.
